A man in nature

There’s something not right inside me.

I don’t know what it is. But I’m ready to find out.

“I don’t know who I am, what I want, or what I feel.” If that’s you — you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. This is where men start to find out.

The Adventure (NWTA)

A weekend that changes how you show up as a man, partner, father and mate.

Beyond the Weekend

Keep growing: advanced trainings, leadership and a place to give back.

What’s next →

Most of us never got a manual for being a good man. We grew from boy to man with too few elders to show the way. The ManKind Project is men mentoring men — facing our own stuff honestly, and standing alongside each other through every season of a man’s life. We can’t bring back the elders we missed. But we can become them.

No man alone.

What men take home

Six things that change

🫀

Emotional awareness

Name what you feel — and stop it running you from the shadows.

🤝

Stronger relationships

Show up more honestly with your partner, kids and mates.

🛡️

Self-confidence

Stand in your own worth without armour or apology.

🧭

Clearer purpose

Get honest about what you actually want from your one life.

🌱

Resilience

Meet the hard seasons standing, with tools that hold.

🔥

Brotherhood

A circle of men who’ll have your back long after the weekend.

In their words

Men who walked in first

“I walked in carrying things I’d never said out loud. I walked out lighter, and I’ve been a better father ever since.”

— A., Tāmaki Makaurau

“Not a retreat, not a workshop. It’s the most real weekend I’ve ever had — and the mates I made are still in my life.”

— J., Ōtautahi

“I thought I had it together. The NWTA showed me what I’d been avoiding — and gave me a circle to keep facing it.”

— M., Te Whanganui-a-Tara
