The New Warrior Training Adventure is the doorway, not the destination. The trainings that follow are how you keep growing — deepening self-awareness and emotional intelligence, learning to hold a circle and staff a weekend, and stepping into leadership.
Each training builds on the weekend, and the staffing and leadership trainings can be taken in the order that suits your life. Here’s the whole path, stage by stage — tap “More info” on any training to see what it involves and what you’ll come away with.
PIT — Primary Integration Training
Where the weekend becomes a way of living: the core circle processes — check-in, the shield, accountability, clearings, the work round — and how to hold honest, safe space. Your doorway into an I-Group.
More info
The NWTA cracks something open; PIT is where you learn to keep it open — for yourself and for other men. Across a series of sessions you practise the tools that make a men's circle work: checking in honestly, holding your shield (your intention), accountability, clearing what sits between you and another man, and the "work round" where real change happens. It's the bridge from a single weekend to an ongoing practice.
You’ll come away with:
- The core circle processes — practised, not just understood
- The confidence to join, or start, an I-Group
- A felt sense of how safe, honest space is built and held
I-Groups
Sit in a circle of men who have your back, regularly — where the work of the weekend becomes a way of living.
Find a circle →IGFT — I-Group Facilitation Training
The art of leading a circle: listening, silence, powerful questions, and the “mindful intrusion” that keeps men honest.
More info
A good circle doesn't happen by accident — someone holds it. IGFT teaches the craft of facilitation: deep listening, the power of silence, asking the question that opens a man up, and "mindful intrusion" — the skill of interrupting well to keep the work honest. You learn by doing, rotating through facilitating, participating and observing across the core processes.
You’ll come away with:
- A facilitator's toolkit for leading real work in a circle
- The judgement to know when to speak, when to wait, and when to step in
- Practice — and feedback — leading each of the core processes
IGLST — I-Group Leadership Skills Training
For active I-Group men ready to lead with confidence — trust, direct feedback, and managing a group’s energy and time. Six weeks, online.
More info
For men already active in a circle who want to lead it well. Over six online weeks you build the skills that make a group safe, connected and alive: setting clear agreements and trust, giving and receiving direct feedback, reading and managing a group's energy, and handling time so every man gets what he came for.
You’ll come away with:
- Confidence to lead your I-Group, not just attend it
- Tools for feedback, trust and healthy group energy
- A clearer sense of your own leadership
ST1 — Staff Training 1
Your first step into staffing: the weekend from the other side, and the archetypes — Magician, Warrior, Lover, King — at the heart of the work.
More info
Staffing a weekend is how you give back — and how you keep growing. ST1 shows you the NWTA from the other side of the room: how the weekend flows, and the four archetypes at the heart of the work — Magician, Warrior, Lover, King. It's your first step onto a staff team.
You’ll come away with:
- An understanding of the weekend's structure and purpose from a staffing view
- A working grasp of the four archetypes
- Readiness to take your place on a staff team
ST2 — Staff Training 2
A deeper look at the personal-process work at the centre of the weekend, and the awareness that keeps staffing safe for every man.
More info
A deeper dive into the personal-process work at the centre of the weekend — the work that changes men — and the cultural awareness that keeps staffing safe and welcoming for every man who walks in.
You’ll come away with:
- A deeper feel for the weekend's core processes
- Greater skill and confidence as a staff member
- Awareness that helps every man feel he belongs
GUTS
Learning to hold the deep “carpet” processes — guiding a man through shadow and archetype with skill and safety.
More info
The deep "carpet" processes are where a man meets both his shadow and his gold. GUTS is the training to hold that work — guiding a man through psychodrama and archetypal process with skill, presence and safety. It's demanding, and it's some of the most rewarding work you can do for another man.
You’ll come away with:
- The skills to facilitate deep carpet processes safely
- Greater capacity to hold intensity without losing the man — or yourself
- A place among the men who carry the deepest work of the weekend
LT1 — The Container of Leadership
Build and hold a space safe enough for real work — then release it well. A 2½-day live-in plus a seven-week integration.
More info
Every piece of MKP work needs a "container" — a space safe enough for men to do the real thing. LT1 teaches you to build one, hold it through challenge, support the men inside it, and release it cleanly when the work is done.
You’ll come away with:
- The skills to create and hold a safe, strong container
- Tools for supporting a group through difficulty
- A grounding in what leadership in MKP actually asks of you
LT2 — Burdens & Blessings of Leadership
The weight and the gift of leading — carrying responsibility without losing yourself.
More info
Leadership costs something, and it gives something back. LT2 is about carrying the weight — responsibility, visibility, the hard calls — without losing yourself, and receiving the gifts of leading with an open hand.
You’ll come away with:
- A clearer relationship with the weight of leadership
- Ways to lead from fullness rather than depletion
- Deeper self-knowledge as a leader
LT3 — Authentic Servant Leader
Meeting the predator and victim within us as leaders, and creating real safety.
More info
The hardest work of a leader is facing the predator and the victim inside himself — the ways we can misuse power, or give it away — so we can create genuine safety for others. LT3 goes there, and it's the deepest of the leadership trainings.
You’ll come away with:
- Honest awareness of your own shadow as a leader
- The capacity to create real safety for the men you lead
- Integrity others can feel and trust
UPPD — Understanding Power, Privilege and Diversity
A shared language for honest conversation across race, gender and difference — identity, rank, power and privilege. Open to every man doing this work.
More info
We all carry rank, power and privilege we don't always see. UPPD gives you a model and a shared language for honest conversation across race, gender and difference — so you can lead and relate with more awareness, humility and skill.
You’ll come away with:
- A framework for understanding identity, rank and privilege
- Language for the conversations that usually get avoided
- Greater competence relating across difference
